These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Masti 365 platform. Please read them carefully — by registering an account or placing a bet, you agree to be bound by everything set out here. We have written them to be as clear and straightforward as possible.
Six commitments that underpin everything in these Terms and Conditions
Masti 365 is strictly an 18+ platform. No exceptions. We verify age at registration and reserve the right to request documents at any time. Accounts found to belong to under-18 players will be closed immediately and any funds returned.
Each player is entitled to one Masti 365 account. Duplicate accounts — whether on the same device, same payment method, same address or same identity — will be merged or closed. Bonuses claimed through duplicate accounts will be forfeited.
Masti 365 commits to processing all valid withdrawal requests within the published timeframes. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals process in under five minutes. We will never delay withdrawals to manipulate player behaviour.

These Terms and Conditions should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Masti 365.
To register and use a Masti 365 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
Masti 365 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close an account at any time if we determine that any eligibility criterion has not been met or is no longer being met. Where an account is closed for eligibility reasons, any genuine funds held in the account will be returned through the original payment method.
Age Verification: Players found to be under 18 years of age will have their accounts closed immediately. Any winnings generated on such accounts will be forfeited. We take this obligation extremely seriously and we report suspected underage gambling where required.
Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one Masti 365 account. Operating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, same payment method, same device, same IP address or same household — is prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, Masti 365 will merge or close the additional accounts. Bonuses and winnings generated through duplicate accounts will be voided.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Masti 365 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify Masti 365 support immediately. We will take prompt action to secure your account.
Masti 365 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat or any other channel. If you receive any such request claiming to be from Masti 365, treat it as fraudulent and report it to us immediately.
Masti 365 is required to verify player identity before processing withdrawals. You will be asked to submit one or more of the following documents: government-issued CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other official photo identification. We may also request proof of address and proof of the payment method used to make deposits.
Verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission. We may request additional documentation if the initial submission is unclear or incomplete. Masti 365 will never use the verification process as a mechanism to delay legitimate withdrawals.
Masti 365 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, Visa and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though Masti 365 reserves the right to set limits on a case-by-case basis for fraud prevention purposes.
All deposits are credited to your Masti 365 account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. In rare cases of technical delays, Masti 365 will credit the deposit manually once the transaction is verified. Deposits are not refundable once they have been used to place bets or wagers.
Currency: All transactions on Masti 365 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is charged or required. The amount you deposit is the exact amount credited to your account.
Masti 365 only accepts payments from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts will be returned and may result in account suspension pending investigation. This policy exists to protect players from fraud and to comply with our anti-money laundering obligations.
Masti 365 processes withdrawal requests through the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This is a standard anti-fraud requirement. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no fee charged by Masti 365 on any withdrawal.
Before your first withdrawal, you must complete account verification (KYC) as described in Section 3.3. Once verified, subsequent withdrawals are processed without repeated documentation requests unless there has been a significant change in your account activity or payment details.
If a bonus has been claimed, the applicable wagering requirements must be met before the bonus-related funds can be withdrawn. Your real-money balance and bonus balance are tracked separately on Masti 365, and you can check both at any time in your account wallet.
Important: Masti 365 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests that appear unusual. These checks will be completed as quickly as possible and we will communicate openly with you about any requirement for additional information.
Masti 365 offers a range of welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets and promotional offers to players. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, minimum deposit, eligible games and expiry period — which are published in full at the point of offer. By accepting any bonus, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn as cash. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must place Rs 30,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements, eligible bet types and any game contribution rates are always specified clearly in the individual promotion terms on Masti 365.
Masti 365 monitors bonus claims and betting patterns to identify abuse. Attempting to exploit bonuses through low-risk wagering strategies designed purely to convert bonus funds to cash, or through collusion with other players, will result in the bonus being voided and may result in account suspension. Bonus offers are intended for genuine recreational play, not systematic extraction.
All bonuses on Masti 365 have an expiry period, typically 30 days from the date of credit. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirements within the expiry period will be removed from your account. You will be notified before a bonus expires if you have not yet met the requirements.
All bets placed on Masti 365 sportsbook markets are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type, as well as the general betting rules set out here.
Bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body — for cricket, this means the official result published by the ICC, PCB or the relevant domestic board. Masti 365 uses official data sources for real-time in-play markets and settlement. In the event of a data error affecting bet settlement, Masti 365 reserves the right to re-settle affected bets at the correct outcome.
Bets may be voided and stakes returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned without the minimum qualifying period being completed; the bet was placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical error; the selection is withdrawn before the event starts (for applicable markets). Voided bets do not count towards wagering requirement fulfilment.
Live in-play betting on Masti 365 covers cricket, PSL matches and other sporting events. In-play odds update in real time and bets are accepted subject to a short confirmation delay. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. In-play bets are settled based on the outcome of the relevant event or market from the point the bet was placed.
Masti 365 applies maximum winnings limits per event and per day. These limits are set per market type and are visible in the betting interface before you confirm your bet. Singles, accumulators and system bets all have applicable limits. In exceptional circumstances, Masti 365 may negotiate payout above the standard limit at our discretion.
The casino, poker and games products on Masti 365 — including slots, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, Aviator and all live dealer games — are provided by third-party software and game providers. These games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or physical live equipment in regulated studios.
The published Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is provided by the game supplier and reflects the theoretical long-term average return. RTP figures do not guarantee any particular outcome in any individual gaming session. Short-term variance is a normal feature of all casino games, and individual sessions may produce results significantly above or below the published RTP.
In the event of a game malfunction or technical error, the affected round will be voided and stakes returned. Masti 365 will not honour winnings arising from game malfunctions that resulted in clearly incorrect game states. In the poker room, any hand that cannot be completed due to a technical error will be resolved according to the pot equity held by each player at the time of disconnection, as assessed by the system.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
Masti 365 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We take all reasonable steps to ensure the platform operates reliably and securely, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times. In particular, Masti 365 will not be liable for:
Masti 365's total liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises. This limitation does not apply to liability arising from fraud or wilful misconduct on the part of Masti 365.

Masti 365 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email and will post a notice on the platform highlighting the changes. The updated Terms will be effective from the date stated in the notice.
Your continued use of the Masti 365 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you may close your account at any time and withdraw any remaining funds.
Minor amendments — such as clarifications to existing clauses or corrections of typographical errors — may be made without individual notification. The date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent update.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the Masti 365 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable law. We strongly encourage players to contact our support team in the first instance with any dispute or complaint — the majority of issues are resolved quickly at this stage.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with Masti 365 support, you may escalate the matter through the formal dispute resolution process outlined in your account correspondence. Masti 365 will respond to all formal disputes within 5 business days.
The decision of Masti 365 on the outcome of any bet, wager or game — where it is based on the official result of an event or on the certified output of a game's RNG — is final. Masti 365 does not accept liability for any decisions by third parties (including sports governing bodies or game providers) that result in outcomes different from those expected by the player.
